Dr. Jo-anne Tull is a recognised academic, a researcher and consultant in the creative industries. Jo-anne’s work is marked by her significant contributions to creative economy development particularly in impact assessment, creative entrepreneurship and strategic planning. Her expertise extends to consultancy in media, communication, and creative industries policy, where she provides critical insights to organisations and stakeholders on developing and implementing effective strategies in the Caribbean.

Moreover, Jo-anne is passionate about education and capacity building. Her dedication is evident in her role as a lecture at the UWI St Augustine Campus. There, she is also the academic coordinator of the undergrad Carnival Studies programme as well as the post-grad diploma ACEM (Arts, Cultural and Enterprise Management) at the Department of Creative and Festival Arts. She has significantly impacted the academic landscape, influencing the next generation of creative industry professionals in the Caribbean and beyond.
