Great singers are a wonderful mix of natural ability and a lot of hard work. Up-and-coming singers often forget the hard work part and rely entirely upon their talent. In this course, the amazing Israeli jazz/pop singer Tammy Scheffer, explores how professional singers create sound, shape notes and construct effective harmonization in the process of developing their unique vocal styles. You will also cover fundamental music theory and ear training concepts that all performers need to master.

At the end of this course, participants should:

1. Explain fundamental vocal techniques and music theory concepts

2. Aurally analyse musical concepts

3. Perform using various contemporary vocal techniques

Participants who have successfully completed all the training tutorials and completed the short quizzes will receive the DianJen Certificate of Completion.

Delivery:

The course is made up of the following components:

  1. Video Tutorials– The course is made up of 9 modules that are delivered through our online Platform. Participants will be able to access the content on-demand- at times convenient to them, via the website. Lessons typically include: Video Training.
  2. Post-Lesson Activities- After completing the video training. Participants should complete and attain a score of at least 50% in ALL quizzes related to the lesson material covered. All quizzes must be passed to earn the DianJen Certificate of Completion.

Next Start Date: This is a 4 month online course! Next start date December 27th, 2019!

Cost: $650 TTD or $99 USD for those living outside Trinidad and Tobago

Meeting Times: This Class is Fully Online. Upon sign-up, you will receive log-in details for our Virtual Classroom within 24hrs. You can access the online platform at any time that is convenient to you over the period of the course.

Hardware Requirements: Participants should have access to a reliable broadband internet service for the best experience on this course.

Software Requirements: Computers should have the latest version of the Google Chrome browser installed.

Each student that completes our training and assignments receive a Certificate of Completion from our institution. The certificate is awarded when all quizzes are completed and passed with a score of at least 50%. Certificates will be dispatched 6 weeks after completion of the final assessment.

This course is open to everyone with an interest. There are no formal academic requirements for entry!

Yes! All participants completing the programme and coursework assignments receive a Certificate of Completion from DianJen.

Yes! You receive a discount for full payment at registration. However, you can choose to make 2 monthly payments of $45 5TTD each ($120 USD for other Caribbean Islands)! For those accessing the Payment Plan, the second payment is due on the 1st of Month 3 of the course. Failure to pay by this day will lead to a suspension of your course.
